Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at RoidsDeal. This policy explains when and how
refunds, returns, or reshipments are available, and what you need to do to get help fast.

1) Scope & Important Notes
- Due to the nature of performance-enhancing products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items.
- Customers are responsible for complying with their local laws and import regulations. We do not provide medical advice and we do not help to evade laws.
- This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may exist under applicable law.
2) Return Eligibility (Change of Mind)
- Return window: 14 days from delivery date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Items not eligible: opened or partially used items, broken safety seals, free gifts, promotional bundles, and gift cards.
- Non-returnable: products marked “Final Sale.”
3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@roidsdeal.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the item.
- After review, we’ll offer a free reshipment or a refund according to availability and your preference.
4) Missing Items or Incomplete Order
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos if possible.
- We’ll verify and arrange a reshipment of the missing item(s) or provide an appropriate refund/credit.
5) Orders Lost in Transit
- Domestic (USA): considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 14 business days.
- International: considered lost if no delivery after 30 business days (customs delays excluded).
- After investigation, we’ll provide a reshipment or refund/credit.
6) Customs, Import Rules & Seizures
- Buyer is responsible for ensuring the products are legal to import to their location.
- If a shipment is seized by customs, contact us promptly and provide the official notice (if any).
- Where permitted by our policy and destination risk level, we may offer a one-time reshipment to the same address or a store credit excluding shipping. We do not misdeclare goods.
- No refunds for consignments refused by the customer, returned due to incorrect address, or prohibited by law.
7) Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
8) How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Email us at info@roidsdeal.com within the applicable time window with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
- Ship items back within 7 days of RMA using a trackable service. Unless it’s our error or damage, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Keep the tracking number and proof of postage until your return is processed.
9) Refund Method & Processing Time
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (banks/issuers may take longer).
- Shipping fees, payment processor fees, and insurance are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.
- Crypto payments: refunded as store credit (to avoid exchange-rate volatility).
10) Restocking & Non-Delivery
- Undeliverable/Refused packages or returns without RMA may incur up to a 15% restocking fee (plus shipping).
- If an incorrect address was provided, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
11) Chargebacks & Disputes
If anything goes wrong, please contact us first.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through reshipment, replacement, or a fair refund.
